A two-day masterclass with practical systemic tools
Welcome to a New Way of Applying Systemic Wisdom
Systemic interventions have a potency that liberates disturbed, resistant or stuck things. They bring things into alignment and forward movement, freeing unseen possibilities. Integrating this kind of wisdom in a daily routine is often not that easy. It demands that you can let the outcome be unknown. Your team might rather stick to the known solutions. Your clients or colleagues might not understand or accept what it is you’re offering and yet when they experience the impact, they are both surprised and relieved.
These situations are well known to any leader, manager, consultant and coach. Also to us, Sarah Cornally and Siets Bakker. Both of us have developed and tested many different tools, approaches and processes. We know what works. In a two-day masterclass we will share with you our best tools. Tailored specifically to your professional needs.
Who Should Attend?
- Leaders/ Managers: you’ll learn how to integrate systemic wisdom in your leadership skills and how to ask questions that create movement in your team and in your business.
- Consultants: facilitate change and innovation by using Moving Questions and knowing how to listen beyond the obvious to all the answers.
- Coaches: add the technique and method of Moving Questions and other systemic tools. These will create movement with your coachees and lets them be fully in control of their own process.
Masterclass Training Overview
The program is a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical application, and real-world scenarios. All knowledge and tools have been extensively tested by us, as leaders, consultants and coaches ourselves. Here’s what you’ll explore:
- The basic principles of systemic work through Moving Questions: the concepts are simple. It’s about creating movement, by reorganizing connections and measures through your bandwidth. With the principles in mind, you’ll learn how to use and design systemic tools yourself to suit diverse even sticky, situations.
- Crafting Moving Questions: develop the ability to use these specific questions. You’ll also get the card deck and learn how to use these. They fast track your application.
- Systemic tools: you’ll explore the most effective systemic tools and learn how to use them. Amongst these tools are processes you can follow, based on symptoms you, your client or team are experiencing, and a structure to provoke insights from a systemic point of view.
- Always practical and relevant: you get to bring your own experience and issues. We’ll work with you and design a practical approach on the spot and test it.
- Feedback and personal development: engage in guided reflection and receive personalised feedback from highly skilled and experienced trainers.
