The Authentic Leader Workshop is a three-day leader development intensive experience. Designed for leaders and managers, and for consultants/coaches who work with leaders and lead their own organisations, this workshop has been utilised for years for deep leadership and organisation development.

This program is designed with very specific objectives in mind. It profoundly enhances inner awareness as it cultures the skill-sets required for effective leadership. It is very experiential - a learning laboratory where participants have the opportunity to “catch themselves in the act,” put that experience under the microscope, and gain the insight required to leverage transformative change.
