Measurement and diagnostic instruments are designed to give you objective data to take better decisions. They allow you to go deep into what is inhibiting your organisation from moving ahead as well as give you individual feedback. Sarah Cornally offers a range of profiling and measurement tools directed at the organisation, teams or the individuals. She will take you and your people through each step and can offer the follow up support to develop specific areas based on unique and individual programs.

 

Team profiles and Organisational Surveys are designed to give you input on topics surrounding organisational culture including leadership, development and retention.  These include the WRDI, TLCS and AVI. 

 

In addition, Sarah is qualified to execute and interpret the following Individual diagnostic tools: Hogan, TLCP and SDI.

 

Sarah uses these diagnostics to tools to give you the data to drive well leveraged development, training and change where desired within your organization and for specific individuals.

 

An exact plan of action will be defined resulting from the outputs of the measurement tools. Sarah can integrate all results into a workshop format for teams or an individual executive coaching plan.
