The Leadership Circle
Since the early 1990s, Sarah Cornally’s leadership advisory practice has incorporated the principles from Robert Fritz’s work on creating, as in Peter Senge’s book The Fifth Discipline.
In 2005, Sarah began researching possible tools that would integrate robust effective leadership concepts and leverage the personal and organisational development of her clients.
She found The Leadership Circle, founded by Bob Anderson. From 2006 - 2008, Sarah travelled annually to the US to train with Bob Anderson and his esteemed colleagues Dan Holden & David Wommelsdorf. She became the first person accredited and practicing with The Leadership Circle tools in Australia, beginning in 2006.
A few years later when The Leadership Circle launched in Australia, Sarah became an accredited TLC trainer and has been part of the team responsible for the accreditation and development of TLC practitioners in Australia.
The Leadership Circle technology is a whole system approach to leadership culture transformation from the individual to the team to the whole organisation.
This leadership culture transformation system has been developed using the most leading edge research on creating effective cultural change to equip leaders to optimise their leadership effectiveness enabling people to thrive in their current environment.

The Leadership Circle is a true breakthrough among 360-degree assessments. It is the first to connect a well-researched series of competencies with the underlying motivations and habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behaviour. The Leadership Circle goes to the source of behaviour to get greater leverage on change. Furthermore, unlike most leadership 360-degree assessments, which take hours to interpret, it integrates all this information in a way that brings the key issues to the surface instantly. It gets your leader in touch with what is working, what is not, and why.
Sarah continues to work with The Leadership Circle in Australia and the US; it is an important partnership that is strengthened by the contribution of both parties.
The importance of The Leadership Circle tools in the work Sarah is engaged to do is that it is often a useful trigger that enhances the work Sarah is known for one to one, with teams and for a whole of organisation approach / intervention.
