Leaders who want to optimise their effectiveness.

Leadership skills and habits do not blossom overnight; they need to be supported and nourished with tried and true programs that enable mangers to grow. The Authentic Leader Workshop is a three-day leader development intensive experience. Designed for leaders and managers, and for consultants/coaches who work with leaders and lead their own organisations, this workshop has been utilised for years for deep leadership and organisation development.

This program is designed with very specific objectives in mind. It profoundly enhances inner awareness as it cultures the skill-sets required for effective leadership. It is very experiential - a learning laboratory where participants have the opportunity to “catch themselves in the act,” put that experience under the microscope, and gain the insight required to leverage transformative change.

A Constellation - what is it & why consider it

Bringing clarity within complexity.  A constellation gives a new perspective, space to reflect on what is critical and to make a decision with conviction and a deep sense of knowing what needs to be done next.

The sign of a healthy system is the flow and vitality experienced when operating within that system. There can be many reasons for wanting to examine the system dynamics; giving insight, awareness and clarity to move forward.

The real value to a client is the end result.  It gives them insight and perspective not available through other means. Systemic constellation is a way of accessing the intelligence that lies within the system itself.

A systemic constellation is a process that enables us to study patterns that arise in various systems. Those systems might be personal, organisational or social.

The patterns of interest are often the ones that indicate something in the system is disturbed in some way as it is resulting in undesirable consequences. It shows the steps that people need to make themselves and what responsibility belongs to whom.

It is useful to be able to study these systems and come to understand how each of the elements are interacting with each other and what needs attention in the system to enable the system to become healthy and functional again.

Constellation in a Corporate Environment

For each assignment Sarah Cornally employs the most effective process or intervention.

Recently at a top tier accounting firm, one of their directors was challenged by a particular work dynamic. A variety of responses were considered including a six month coaching process.

Instead a simple, yet extremely effective two-hour consultation resulted in a comprehensive resolution strategy which achieved the desired outcomes in 3 months; it enabled the person to simplify the complexity, identify the way forward themselves, do it independently and embed the capability and prevent losing several key talent, prevent escalating conflict, disentangle a messy situation and respect everyone in the process.
