Investment Bank Seeking Leadership Leverage

An Executive leadership team of an investment bank was seeking to leverage the leadership effectiveness of a newly merged team. In consultation we designed a two-day program enabling them to measure and examine their leadership culture and enter into a deep dialogue to understand what they needed to change to realize their desired future.

 

With new insights, they identified what they needed to do differently and made personal and collective commitments to specific actions to enable them to achieve the results they want. Realizing the power of the experience, they made a commitment to quarterly events to focus on their leadership effectiveness, examining their actions, progress and results to enable them to build the leadership culture they need.
