Next month, Sarah will be a guest panellist for The American Chamber of Commerce in Australia (“AmCham”) and will join in an open discussion about Exploring Women’s Relationship with Power.
Over an elegant high tea, Sarah, along with fellow panellists Catriona Noble, Dr John Ballard and Paul McDonald will encourage us to learn the tactics and strategies needed to build a successful organisation.
The main message of this event is that if you want to lead, you need to get to the top and to get to the top, you will need to be willing to develop a healthy, constructive relationship with power and influence and exercise it skilfully.
The event will be held at the InterContinental in Sydney in Tuesday 21 September 2010 at 3pm.
For further information about this event and to register, please visit AmCham’s website.
Constellations Training
Since early 2010, Sarah has been advancing her learning in Systemic Constellations in Organisations.
In both March and June, Sarah traveled to The Netherlands where she met with other like-minded souls from around the word and together, they embarked on a five-day intensive training course with additional practice days.
What is a Systemic Constellation?
Systemic Constellations is a dynamic approach to healing, that was developed in Europe by Bert Hellinger.
This powerful and innovative process can be used to untangle the many levels of subtle, hidden webs that operate within systems. These methods are now internationally recognised as an effective way to heal, harmonise, balance and transform people and organisations.
Using organisational constellations, many conflicts within an organisation whether it be structural, human resources or management issues can be resolved. Clients have been benefiting from this work to move forward with clarity on issues that were previously “stuck”.
